Please include your device model, iOS or macOS version and what happened. Never include passwords or readable exports.

Getting started

Sign in to iCloud on your device and enable iCloud Keychain. Open Deonte, tap Start and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode.

Your purchase

Deonte includes five passwords free. Unlock unlimited passwords with one purchase, without a subscription. To restore an existing purchase, use Restore purchase in Deonte with the Apple account used to buy it. Your saved passwords remain accessible.

Moving your passwords

Inside Deonte, open Settings → Import passwords. Select a .1pux export from 1Password or a supported CSV, check the summary and confirm the import. If the import exceeds the five-password free limit, unlock unlimited passwords before confirming. If the import would exceed the free limit, nothing is added until you upgrade.

Sync needs a moment?

Check that your devices use the same Apple account, iCloud and iCloud Keychain are enabled, and you have an internet connection. In Deonte Settings, check the synchronization status and use Retry if needed.

A new device

Your archive and encryption key must both arrive through iCloud. If the key is still syncing, leave the device online and try again. Do not delete your previous archive or Keychain items while waiting.

Backups

Settings → Save encrypted backup creates a .deonte file. After unlocking Deonte, import its entries through Import passwords using the same Apple account and iCloud Keychain. Existing entries are kept.

Release

Deonte’s App Store release is in preparation. The app is not yet available for purchase.
